Introduction of product
The WQB series flameproof submersible electric pump for factories is the latest explosion-proof product of our company. Its explosion-proof property complies with the GB3836.1-2010 Explosive Atmosphere Part I:General Requirements for Equipment. Flame-proof products are produced pursuant to the GB3836.2-2010 Explosive Atmosphere Part II Equipment Protected by Flame-proof Casing “d”.
Explosion-proof mark: ExdIIBT4. The entire series has obtained the conformity certificate of protection of electrical apparatus for explosive atmospheres and is characterized by complete type and convenient type selection.
Main purpose
Our products are applicable to the sewage discharge for place with explosive mixture resulting from the blending of combustible gas or steam and the air (temperature group: T1-T4) of IIB-level factories. They are fit for places for coal chemical industry, petrochemical engineering, municipal works, urban industry, hospitals, hotels and residential areas.
Operating conditions
1. Places that need to have explosion suppression; the product shall have explosion-proof sign;
2. Power voltage: voltage: 380V, 660V and 1140V; three phase:50Hz;
3. Temperature of transmission medium: 0-40℃ (Hot water pump can be provided if such temperature range is exceeded.)
4. PH value of transmission medium:5-9。
5. Weight of medium:≤1100Kg / m3。
6. Maximum diving depth:20m。
Meaning of type

Explosion-proof points
When the explosive gas mixture in the dynamo of the flameproof submersible sewage pump explodes, the flameproof enclosure will not be damaged. Besides, the internal flame will not cause flame to the explosive atmosphere born of one or several gases or steams resulting from the adjoining plane of flameproof enclosure. All the parts of the flameproof enclosure shall undergo hydrostatic test pursuant to the GB3836.2-2000 standard, so as to make sure these parts will withstand the maximum internal explosion pressure.
The above-mentioned electric pump, with flameproof sign of ExdIIBT4, is applicable to places with explosive mixture resulting from the blending of combustible gas or steam and the air (temperature group: T1-T4) of IIB-level factories. The maximum surface temperature of the unit must conform to the table listed below.
