★ Product description:
The QYF series intelligent efficient energy-saving pneumatic dredging pump for mining is a dredging equipment series out of our independent innovation and development and with proprietary intellectual property right. The technology adopted has come up to the world’s advanced level. The product series is powered by the compressed air commonly used by industrial and mining enterprises. We have also designed the efficient vacuum generator components by utilizing the theory of Venturi effect, which brings about the recycling and reutilization of compressed air, excellent product property and lower energy consumption. Moreover, all-process unmanned or easy individual operation can be achieved after turning on the machine, which reduces labor force and cuts down energy consumption to a great extent. Targeted specially at conveying materials with high solid content, the product is highly effective in the treatment of slurry containing coal and rock, slag, saw dust, metal and other solid particles as well as high-concentration seriflux and is highly suitable for such realms as coal slurry, oil-base mud, concrete waste, municipal sewage, aluminum ore mud and river dredging.
Because conventional dredging devices are power-driven or driven by internal combustion engine and the moving parts and the cleaned media will contact directly, such problems as serious abrasion, high failure rate, and low service life are caused. Consequently, users have to repair and upgrade a great many devices and waste a lot of materials. Therefore, the overall work efficiency is on the low side. In the meanwhile, as far as safety is concerned, the application of the product is limited to a great extent. The dredging sewage pump developed by our company is powered by the compressed air commonly used by industrial and mining enterprises. During idle and overload running, the unit causes no damage to the equipment. Meanwhile, during operation, the device is free of impeller and other rotating members typically employed by similar conventional devices. Besides, the moving parts and the conveyed materials are totally separated. As as result, the device is characterized by larger quantities of dredged solids, stable and efficient operation and lower maintenance cost. Moreover, the device moves in a flexible and easy way, conveys a wide of range of media and serves multiple functions, thus saving cost and manpower for users by a big margin.
The successful development of the above dredging unit not only fills the gap of domestic device in some realms, but also replaces a large number of available similar devices. This dredging device services as a new option for such areas as petroleum, chemical engineering, coal mining, municipal administration, and building, and therefore breaks the monopoly by large foreign companies and promises a bright prospect.
★ Advantages and characteristics of product:
•Highly capable in eliminating dirt and can convey flowable materials with high solid content;

★Service conditions of product:
a)The dredging pump shall be submerged into the water from the suction pipe inlet;
b)Temperature of transmission media: no higher than 40℃;
c)Operating ambient temperature;
d)PH of transmission media: 4-10;
e)The maximum diameter of solid particles shall be no higher than 20 mm;
f)Range of applicable air pressure:0.40MPa~0.70MPa。
