★ Product description:
The BQG series pneumatic diaphragm pump for mining is a new pneumatic product out of our independent innovation and development and with proprietary intellectual property right. The technology adopted has played a leading role in China and come up to the world’s advanced level. The BQG series pneumatic diaphragm pump for mining is a high-quality self-priming pump with forward displacement. The product, powered by the compressed air commonly used by industrial and mining enterprises, utilizes the inhaled liquid pressure and the positive liquid pressure as generated alternately in the liquid chamber through the pressure difference in the air chamber so as to control the switch of ball non-return valve and to ensure the positive flow of liquid. The pneumatic pump body / fluid part of the pump adopts the anti-stalling and modularized design and is free of dead points, which effectively eliminate such technical problem as undesirable movement of the valve element of the original diaphragm pump. Pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machine. Its core component is made of aluminum alloy and its diaphragm, ball and ball seat are made of internationally advanced materials and are characterized by light weight, small size, low noise, easy operation, reliable operation, resistance to abrasion and corrosion, and prevention against fire and explosion. The product is especially fit for application in such fields as mine, underground tunnel, tunnel engineering, petroleum and chemical engineering. Besides, pneumatic diaphragm pump also has the function of immersible pump, self-priming pump, trash pump, shield pump, and slush pump. Coming into extensive use, the product meets the needs of different users and can convey different media. Up to now, it has become a main substitute for silent pneumatic submersible pump.

a)Capable of conveying any flowable materials; the medium concentration (volume ratio) shall be no higher than 15%;
b)The maximum diameter of solid particles shall be no higher than 9mm;
c)Operating ambient temperature:5-50℃;
d)PH of transmission media: 6-8;
e)Temperature of transmission media: no higher than 50℃;
f)Range of applicable air pressure：0.4MPa～0.8MPa。
